How do I know what size to order for my pet?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information, including measurements and weight recommendations. When in doubt, size up—especially for beds and clothing. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact our customer service team with your pet's measurements, and we'll help you choose the perfect fit. We'd rather help you get it right the first time than deal with returns!
Are your products safe for pets with allergies or sensitivities?
We prioritize non-toxic, hypoallergenic materials whenever possible, and product descriptions clearly list materials used. If your pet has specific allergies, please review ingredient lists carefully or contact us for guidance. For pets with severe sensitivities, consult your veterinarian before introducing new products.
Do you offer products for small animals, birds, or reptiles?
Currently, Pawpify focuses primarily on dogs and cats, with select products suitable for rabbits and small mammals. We're continuously expanding our offerings based on customer demand. If there's something specific you'd like to see, let us know—your feedback shapes our future inventory.
How long will it take until I receive my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Pet beds and comfort items can be returned even after use within 30 days if your pet doesn't take to them—we understand it's hard to know what they'll love until you try.
